- Thursday, 7:30 PM — the birthday dinner
- Saturday, 10:00 AM — catamaran departure
- Sunday — your airport transfer, timed to your flight

Money & logistics, in short
- You'll get a deposit schedule once the villa and boat are locked in.
- Everyone gets their own bed (queen minimum) — rooming assignments go out ahead of time based on your roommate preference.
- Flight and transport info gets collected so airport pickups can be coordinated in groups.
- Let us know dietary restrictions ahead of time — there's a private chef on-site for most meals.
